Same-Day Laundry in London for Travellers: How It Works and What It Costs
You've landed, you've unpacked, and you've realised there's a week of London left and not much clean to wear. Here is how same-day suitcase laundry works, what it costs, and how to choose between the options.
How it works
- Book online. For same-day return, book before 9am. It takes a couple of minutes and you choose your collection time.
- We collect from your hotel reception. Pack your dirty clothes in a suitcase or bag and leave it with the front desk. We pick it up at your chosen time.
- It's cleaned at our own facility. We sort by colour before washing, so you don't need to separate everything yourself.
- It comes back to reception. With the Today + Today option, that's the same evening.
What it costs
Pricing is a flat fee per standard large suitcase. There's no weighing and no counting of individual items.
| Option | Pickup | Back | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Today + Next PM | Evening | Next evening | £59 |
| Today + Today | Morning | Same evening | £69 |
| Today + Next AM | Evening | Before 11am next morning | £79 |
A few extras you can add: non-scented detergent (£6), fabric softener (£4), low-heat drying (£6) and stain treatment (£4).
Saving money. Bring more than one suitcase on a Today + Today booking and each extra suitcase is £10 off. First-time customers can also use the welcome code TODAY10 on a single suitcase with Today + Today.
Which option should you choose?
- Today + Today (£69) suits short stays or the night before a flight home, when you need everything back that evening.
- Today + Next PM (£59) is the budget option if you can wait a day.
- Today + Next AM (£79) is for when you need clean clothes first thing the next morning, for example before an early departure.
Good to know
- You can book up to 4 suitcases at once.
- We're open Monday to Friday 9am to 10pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 9pm.
- Pack loosely. Because the price is per suitcase, a full case costs the same as a half-full one.
- Mention anything delicate or heavily stained when you book, so it can be treated properly.
We collect from hotels across Central London. See the Covent Garden, Kensington and South Bank pages for examples, or check the coverage list on our homepage.
